Morgan’s got a checklist and she’s not afraid to use it. Armed with a quick wit and “freakish organization,” she’s the type of girl who wakes up at 5:30am ready to take on the world. However, as a total foodie, she admits that the best part of getting to work early is getting off in time to hit up the local happy hour for appetizers and brewskis. No wonder we like her so much.

Favorite way to wind down after a hard day: A glass of wine, skimming Pinterest or reading wedding blogs with my cuddly puppy snoring at my feet.
Favorite wedding-related movie: 27 Dresses with Katherine Heigl. At the rate my friends are getting married, my bridesmaid dress collection will be equally large in no time.
Best advice to brides: Don’t skimp on the important stuff. You’ll be much happier that you splurged on an amazing photographer rather than pricy décor elements. I hate to say it, but in 20 years there will be very few people who’ll remember how fabulous your matching gold leaf chargers and napkin rings were.
Extracurricular activities: I like to get out and try new restaurants as much as my wallet permits. I’m a huge foodie and enjoy broadening my palate. When I’m not spending time with my adorable French bulldog, Murphy, I like to entertain, work on craft projects and practice yoga.
Favorite culinary aphrodisiac: Cheese—the stinkier and creamier, the better.
What people most underestimate about me: I have an impeccable sense of direction. Even I underestimate the precision of my internal compass sometimes.
What people would never suspect about me: Even though I went to fashion school and come across as somewhat of a girly girl, I love fishing and I’m an intense sports fan.
Celebrity I would most like to have a one-on-one date with: It’s a toss up between Paul Rudd and Josh Lucas. I find Paul’s sense of humor wildly attractive and Josh seems like the ideal down-home country boy.
Favorite quote: “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.” —Dr. Seuss
Most unrealistic life goal: To be independently wealthy, own my own vineyard in the Russian River Valley and have about 15–20 dogs. Hey, a girl can dream.
What I like most about my job: I love being part of a company that helps simplify the ever-so-stressful process of planning one of the most important days of a girl’s life. My incredible coworkers are an amazing added bonus.
Guilty pleasure: Eating Nutella by the spoonful and watching any of the Housewives series on Bravo.
Fictional character i most identify with: Leigh Anne Tuohy from The Blind Side—a no-nonsense, straight shooter who fights for what she believes in. I guess she’s not exactly fictional though.
Theme song: Both “Famous in a Small Town” by Miranda Lambert (and no, we’re not related) and “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield.
Source of inspiration: My sister’s levelheadedness and logic.
